Womack of Mantachie, Mississippi, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 13, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his parent Dr. Noel C. Womack, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Noel C. Womack, IV (Roxanne), Chris Womack (Christina) and Judson Womack (Brittany); his granddaughters, Audrey Womack, Ava Womack and Eleanor Womack; his mother Flora Mae Womack; his siblings, David Womack (Susan) and Julia Coggins; his nephew Judson Womack; and the mother of his children Betty Womack.
