He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parkman and Illma Wicker Parkman; and his brother Johnny Parkman. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Parkman; his children, Todd Parkman of Jackson, MS and Lisa Eldridge (Mike) of Mooreville; his sister Mary Byrd (Tony) of Crystal Springs, MS; and his grandchildren, Jase Franks, Nick Franks, Jennifer Martin (Jordan), Madison Neil (Brody), Haley Eldridge and Grace Eldridge. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
