He is survived by: his wife Neta Roper Spigner; his son Chris Spigner (Connie); his grandchildren, Kirksey Sheffield of Starkville and Luke Sheffield of Ozark; and the mother of his child Joyce Mathis. He is also survived by two step-daughters; two step-grandsons; four step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
