He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hoyt, Laura Mae Breedlove, Willie and Bennie Spradling; his uncle Kelly Wade Spradling; his sister-in-law Letisha Warren; and his aunt Janice Bratcher.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Hall Breedlove and Marilyn Ann Spradling Breedlove; his wife Tabbitha Breedlove of Pontotoc; his children, Cameron Breedlove of Guntown, Riley Breedlove of Pontotoc and Isabelle White of Pontotoc; his sister Stefani Breedlove of Tupelo; his parents-in-law, Patricia and Arlis Lee Warren, Sr.; his brother-in-law Arlis Warren, Jr.; his aunt Pamela Breedlove of Booneville; and his close friend Jonathan Wilburn. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
