He is survived by: his wife Shirley Underwood; his children, Ricky Underwood (Joann), Wanda Nichols, Mickey Underwood (Kim) and Brad Underwood (Wendell); and his sister Ann Smith (Ray). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twenty-seven great grandchildren.
