He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Dulaney and Jewel Senter Dulaney; his siblings, Cleta Walker, Edith Davidson, Frances Christian, Ethelene Lesley, Opal Wallace and Woodrow Dulaney; and his parents-in-law, Dove and Esther Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot" Wilson Dulaney; his daughter Tina Dulaney of Mantachie; his brother Tom Dulaney of Holly Springs; and his siblings-in-law, Clara Fay Dulaney of Belmont and Dove "Junior" Wilson of Antioch, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
