He is survived by: his mother Johnnie Lee Gann Smith of Mantachie; his son Marshall Dewayne Smith of Tupelo; his siblings, Judy Ferguson (Ted) of Mantachie and Jackie Smith of Baldwyn; his nephews, Michael Wren (Lisa), Scotty Wren (Vallery), Dr. Eddie Wren (Stacy) and Chris Smith; and the mother of his child Martha Matthews of Tupelo.
