She was predeceased by: her parents, Wyatt Boren and Ada Grammar Boren; her husband Horace Ray McFerrin; her son William Ray "Bill" McFerrin; her siblings, Carl Boren (Mary), Sam B. Boren (Bonnie), Eldred Boren (Lorene), Melvin Boren, Trelvie Boren (Leona) and Mary Anne Boren Biggerstaff (Bill); and her sister-in-law Gladys McFerrin Hale (Paul, Sr.).
She is survived by: her son Joe Eddie McFerrin (Karen) of Mantachie; her daughter-in-law Julie McFerrin of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Chris McFerrin of Huntsville, AL, Mike McFerrin of Huntsville, AL, David McFerrin of Huntsville, AL and Jodie McFerrin Boyd (Garry) of Mantachie; her great grandchildren, Martin and Anna Karen Boyd; and her brothers-in-law, Bobby Joe McFerrin (Mildred) and John Morris McFerrin (late Bessie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other family members.
