She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Grissom; her son Darrell Grissom; her grandsons, Nathan Grissom and Brian Grissom; and her sister Sybil Wilburn.

She is survived by: her sons, Tim Grissom (Catherine) of Unity, Duane Grissom of Unity and Berwyn Grissom (Debbie) of Unity; her grandchildren, Craig Grissom (Stacey) of Mooreville, Lance Grissom of Unity, Donna Carol Johnson (Derrick) of Pontotoc, Melissa Eaton of Saltillo, Robert Grissom of Mantachie, Lee Grissom (Clarissa) of New Albany, Dana Martin of Memphis and Jason Berwyn Grissom (April) of Saltillo; her great grandchildren, Skylar Grissom, Haylie Huguley, Chasity Grissom, Zoe Grissom, Sophie Grissom, Marlee Lindsey, Rylee Eaton, Devan Johnson, Taylor Martin, Hannah Grissom, Landon Grissom and Lydia Grissom; and her niece Martha Jo Stancil of Mantachie.
