He was predeceased by: his parents, Harbert Kennedy and Audrey Ridge Kennedy; and his siblings, Mike Kennedy, Timmy Kennedy, Vester Kennedy, Cordela Taylor (Tootsie) and Wanda Kennedy.
He is survived by: his wife Graple Jean Kennedy of Corinth, MS; his daughter Sherri Shadburn (Randy) of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Russ Shadburn (Brooke) of Corinth, MS and Anna Dozier (Ben) of Brentwood, TN; his great grandchildren, Mason, Eli and Rhett Shadburn; his siblings, Herbert Kennedy (Carmin) of Corinth, MS, Butch Kennedy (Doris) of Booneville, MS, Randall Kennedy of Corinth, MS, Jerry Kennedy and Betty McCollum (Herschel) of Corinth, MS; his brother-in-law Clovis Wilbanks (Maria) of Minooka, IL; and his close friends, Aaron Parsons and Pam Wren.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Tate Baptist Church.
