We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 78, Shirley Edison in Magnolia, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Bill Wright and Jewel Shelton; her sister Dorothy Windham (Herman) of New Albany, MS; her husband Billy Joe Wallis, Sr.; her former life partner James "Bud" Eidson; and her son Billy Joe Wallis, Jr..

She is survived by : her granddaughters, Kristy Wallis Hart (Chris) of Byhalia, MS and Katie Wallis of Memphis, TN; her great grandchildren, Hannah Forrester, Taylor Hart, Lane Hart, Adalyn Wallis, James Wallis, Sabrina Lofties and Eric Lofties; and her nephew Chris Wright.
