She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodney Forman and Nell Forman; and her husband George Ellis Lang. She is survived by: her brothers, Doyle Forman of Magnolia, MS and Johnny Forman of Magnolia, MS; her granddaughters, Trevie Leigh Rayborn and Conner Autry; her daughters, Mignonne Boyd (Mickey) of Monterey, LA and Lanelle Blailock (Buddy) of Wesson, MS; her siblings, Betty Faye Creed (late Dale Creed) of Florida and Charles Forman (Delores) of McComb, MS; and her grandchildren, Kim Case Davis of Cinton, LA, David Case (Barrett) of Columbia, SC, Kelly Rayborn Harvey (Jason) of Vidalia, LA, Jessie Boyd of Bogue Chitto, MS, Jayne Blailock Brown (Sam) of Ruth, MS, Rachel Boyd Scott (Heath) of Raleigh, MS, Rebecca Boyd Bounds (Craig) of Ellisville, MS and Lynn Blailock Crawford (Brandon) of Wesson, MS. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
