It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Wayne Wilbanks Sr. in Magnolia, Mississippi, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny W. Wilbanks and Effie Holder Wilbanks; and his siblings, Floyd Wilbanks and Imogene Wilbanks Simpson. He is survived by: his wife Karen R. Wilbanks of Walnut, MS; his children, Phillip Wayne Wilbanks, Jr. of Drummonds, TN, Shannon Lewis, Chris Newton (Rick) of Florida and Donna O'Bryan (Barry) of Hernando, MS; and his brother Clarence Wilbanks (Kay) of Walnut, MS. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
