He was predeceased by: his brothers, Brad Bingham and Kit Bingham. He is survived by: his wife Judy Bingham; his children, Casey Bingham (Kate) and Angie Bingham Payne; his grandchildren, Bradlee Tyson Bingham, Thomas Boone Bingham, Gavin Blayne Fullwood and Jase Edward Payne; and his siblings, Phil Bingham and Robbie Kennedy. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
