She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Walters and Dollie Fortenberry Walters; her husband Talmadge Phelps; her son Charlie Phelps; and her siblings, Tommy Walters and Francis Walters.
She is survived by: her son Gene Phelps (Nancy) of Tupelo, MS; her grandchildren, Bart Phelps (Andrea) of Eureka Springs, AR, Barbara Mabry (Jermaine) of Tupelo and Bridget Phelps of Allen, TX; her great grandchildren, Carson, Collin, Caiden Phelps, Cooper, Creed Mabry and Carlee Ann Phelps; her siblings, Ralph, Therrell Walters and Dollie Blanche Rebold (Nick); and her nephew Loran Gerald.
