She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Butler and Arnette Butler; her husbands, Iley Mack and Clyde Horton; her sons, Clyde Jr., Walter Lee, Howard Horton and Larry Horton; her siblings, Panky James, Dock Butler, Emory Butler and Marie Caston; and her granddaughter Catina Horton.

She is survived by: her children, Rosa Mack (Lionel), Hercules Horton of Dallas, TX and Roosevelt Horton of Tallulah, LA; her stepdaughters, Merfalene Jackson (Wilton) of Tylertown, MS and Diane Smith (Jerry) of Tylertown, MS; her siblings, Roselean Dickerson, Evelyn Horton (David), Geraldine Carter (Paul) of Slidell, LA, Maudine Parrott of Gonzales, LA, Alsee Butler (Ella) of Biloxi, MS and Henry Butler, Jr. of Kentwood, LA; and her granddaughter Paris Mack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
