He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Steen; his children, Lisa McCalla (Brian), Ken Steen and Zack Steen (Brandy); his grandchildren, Riley and Lindley Steen; and his sisters, Dianne Kyle (George) and Glenda Rider. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
