She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruble Sisco and Bernice Pittman Sisco; her brothers, Terry and Bobby Sisco; and her stepfather Luther Bumpus.
She is survived by: her spouse W. L. Swinford of Saulsbury; her children, Rebecca Watkins (Robert) of Walnut and James Wilbanks (Shannon) of Walnut; her siblings, Deb Surrat (Mike) of Middleton, Wayne Sisco (Carla) of Selmer and Ronnie Sisco (Sally) of Saulsbury; her stepchildren, Janice Taylor (Larry) of Savannah, Teresa Irwin (Scott) of Falkner, Debbie Earnest (Robert) of Pocahontas, Cindy Hodge (Aubrey) of Middleton and Randy Swinford of Middleton; and her grandchildren, Rachel Watkins (Dylan) of Ramer, Riley Watkins of Walnut, Maddie of Walnut, Kinley of Walnut and Ashtyn Wilbanks of Walnut. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
