He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Stinson and Eunice Fields Stinson; his son Jason Scott; and his brother Walter Stinson. He is survived by: his fiancée Shelia A. Boyd; his sons, John C. "PJ" Stinson, Christopher Chisholm, James "Don" Boyd (Haley) and Todd Mitchell Boyd; his stepchildren, William Durham, Syble Durham and Amanda Kohnert; his siblings, Willie Arnold Stinson, James Albert Stinson and Georgia Nell Cooper (Robert L.); and his grandchildren, Connor, Jacen, Annabelle, Chloe, Corey, Anakin, Vyktoria, Emily, Brittany, Trent Allan, Devin, Justin, Jennifer, Samantha, Blake, Dakota, Frank and Kayla. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
