With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Johnson of Magnolia, Mississippi, born in Prichard, Alabama, who passed away on August 22, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Mary Johnson and Roscoe Johnson; the mother of his children Syble Johnson; his son Wayne Johnson; and his siblings, Estelle Melton, Glenda Campbell and Hubert Johnson.

He is survived by : his children, Nicole Phillips (Justin Phillips), Anthony Johnson (Michelle Johnson) and Danny Johnson; his brother Danny Johnson (Elaine Johnson); his grandchildren, Richard Johnson, Dianna Eisworth, Garrett Regan, Stephanie Fleming, Brandi Newman, John David Newman, Kate Robertson, Eli Johnson, Graci Phillips, Allana Phillips, Justin Phillips Jr. and Camryn Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Eisworth, Bentley Eisworth, Levi Eisworth, Christian Ming, Caden Ming, Dannyn Ming, Jayden Newman, Bella Newman, Bambie Robertson, Kaston Robertson and Banner Robertson.
