He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Kuyrkendall and Virgie Kuyrkendall; his parents-in-law, Helen Berry and Doyle Graves; his brother Archie (Evelyn Kuyrkendall); and his brothers-in-law, Robert and David Graves.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Graves Kuyrkendall; his daughters, Leigh Kuyrkendall (Jason), Amanda Johnson (Scott) and Deborah Felder; his granddaughters, K. C. Kuyrkendall, Megan, Lauren, Ashlynn Johnson, Starr Clark (Brady) and Brenna Felder; his great grandchildren, Rhyidan, Liam Bo Clark and Lacey Addaline Clark; his sister Brenda Graves; and his sister-in-law Vivian Graves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
