He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Ray Rawls and Patsy Cade (Patricia Rawls); his grandparents, Ruby, Aubrey Strickland and Marie "C. C." Rawls; his siblings-in-law, Shelton Kennedy, Marlene Kennedy and Wayne Kennedy; and his uncles, Willie Rawls (Jerrye Kaye) and Jerry Bullock (Carolyn).
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rawls; his brother Bruce Rawls; his sister-in-law Donna Rawls; his sisters, Connie Nunnery and Dee Dee Keith; his siblings-in-law, Casey Keith and Faye Kennedy; his aunts and uncles, Dalvis Rawls, Bobbie Rawls, Patsy Rawls, Russell and Rachel Wallace; his brother-in-law Paul Kennedy (Jessica); his nephews, Christopher Rawls (Allison), Curtis Nunnery (Courtney), Corey Nunnery (Kimberly), Cole Nunnery (Shelby), Joshua Kennedy, Johnathan Kennedy and Jace Rawls (Leah); and his niece Melanie Sumrall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
