She was predeceased by: her parents, Kleiner Matherne and Hattie Matherne; her stepfather Lenest Plaisance; her husband Orloff Henry Jr.; and her siblings, Ned Matherne, Percy Matherne and Marjorie Matherne Sampite.
She is survived by: her children, Mark C. Henry, Matt G. Henry (Shayral) and Jennifer H. Brooks (Faron); her brother Luther Matherne (Sallie); her stepsiblings, Delores, Margie and Earl Plaisance; her brother-in-law Cooper Sampite; her grandchildren, Micah Brooks and Lauren Henry; and her nieces, Robin Taylor and Paula Schouest. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
