He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wright Wallis Eidson of Falkner, MS; his son James William Eidson, Jr. of Falkner, MS; and his siblings, Betty Mills of Nashville, TN, Ann Brown of Batesville, MS, Bonnie Moore (Wayne) of Senatobia, MS and Edd Ray Eidson (Karen) of Ruidoso. He is also survived by five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
