He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Sanford Scarbrough and Lilly Crum; and his siblings, Sandra Garrett, Glen Scarbrough and Joe Scarbrough.
He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Bedgood (Bud) of Corinth, MS, Phyllis Keller (Aubrey) of Martin, TN and Lee Roy Scarbrough (Linda) of Walnut, MS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
