It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Monroe in Magnolia, Mississippi, born in Clifton, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, W. A. Moore and Carrie Maye Lynch Moore; her husband Jerry Monroe; and her brother Richard Moore. She is survived by : her sons, Jeffery Scott Monroe (Debbie), Kenneth Mark Monroe (Debbie) and Timothy Brent Monroe (Debbie); her grandchildren, Mark Monroe, Olivia Grace Monroe, Taylor Dayne Monroe (Halley) and Travis Bodrock; and her great grandchildren, Aria Monroe and Isla Monroe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (501 Main St, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, June 27th 2024 at the same location.
