He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cliff Starnes and Willie Mae Lassiter Starnes; and his siblings, John Wayne Starnes and Mildred Hardin. He is survived by: his wife Grapel Wilbanks Starnes of Corinth, MS; his son Daniel Glen Starnes of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Jenna Beth Starnes, Adyson Starnes, Emmalee Starnes and Cadyn Starnes; and his siblings, Neal Starnes (Jane) of Glen, MS, Leroy Starnes of Dyersburg, TN, Willie Pearl Kirk of Corinth, MS and Elizabeth Summers of Dyersburg, TN.
