He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Jennifer Holler (Kevin), Lauren Thayer (Justin) and Bronson Hart (Hannah); his grandchildren, Harper, Hayden Holler, Miles Thayer, Addisyn and Alivia Hart; and his sisters, Christi McKinney, Kathy Davis, Marsha Boyd and Sue McGaugh.
