He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Earnest "Petro" Jefferson Rainer and Eula Lee Rainer; his former life partner Feddie Johnson; his child Later; his wife Laurie Ann Rainer of Tiplersville, MS; his children, Alvin Johnson of Booneville, MS, Brandon Rainer of Ripley, MS, Jeree Blackwell of Starksville, MS and Billy Rainer Jr. (Ann) of Tiplersville, MS.; and his siblings, Wayne Rainer (Deborah) of Falkner, MS, Linda Boyd (Larry) of Tiplersville, MS, Paula Elliott (James) of Jackson, TN, Paulette Edgeston (Lawrence) of Tiplersville, MS, Stella Strong (Marshall) of Falkner, MS. and Donnie Rainer of Falkner, MS.. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
