He is survived by: his wife Betty Derrick; his daughters, Wanda Garrett (Mike) and Rhonda Mullins; his granddaughters, Molly Mullins and Chelsea Waldon (Justin); his great grandchildren, Brentlee Tate Waldon and Garrett William Waldon; and his siblings, Ray Derrick (Paulette), Vera Crum and Ida Jones.
