She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Phelps and Melvie Morgan Phelps; her sons, Joe Bramlett and Michael Bramlett; and her sisters, Dot DeJean and Melda Harrell.
She is survived by: her husband David Barber of Magnolia; her son David Barber (Ashley) of Vicksburg, MS; and her grandchild Jesse Fontenot. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
