He was predeceased by: his parents, Nevil Allen and Annie Lee Mangum Allen; his siblings, James Arthur Allen, Robert Lee Allen and Lurlene Allen Wade; and his grandson Cody Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Allen; his sons, Michael Carr Allen (Paula), Matthew Allen (Chanel) and Merrick Beavers Allen (Ruth); and his grandchildren, Christen Allen Harvison (Kyle), Jacob Allen (Callie), Hannah Hughes, Amber Allen Peale (David), Taylor Allen (Maddie), Isaac Allen, Sylvia Allen (Ricky), Nicholas Allen, Joshua Allen and Sawyer Allen. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
