He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hilburn Meadows and Orea Garner Meadows; and his siblings, Charles Meadows (Shirley), Betty June Meadows and Carolyn Sue Meadows.
He is survived by: his sons, Justin Meadows (Kellie) and Jon Meadows; the mother of his children Becky Noble; his grandchildren, Hunter Meadows, Ripp Meadows and Levi Sullivan; and his sisters, Mary Ann Bridges (E. S.) and Connie Yow (George).
