He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thomas Cook and Rosie Padgett Cook; and his brothers, Armon Cook (Ethree), Butell Cook and Ezra David Cook (Simmie).
He is survived by: his brother Eugene Cook (Selvis Jean) of Magee; his nephew Wesley Cook (Almee) of Magee; and his sister-in-law Hilda Cook of Pearl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee (302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Kennedy Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (2021 MS-540, Magee, MS 39111).
