She was predeceased by: her parents, W. C. Welch and Claudia Welch (Stroud); her husband Elden Puckett (Biggie); and her sister Jackie Horne. She is survived by: her children, Bryan B. Puckett and Rhonda Puckett; and her siblings, John Welch and Linda Welch. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
