He was predeceased by: his parents, Judene Everett and Dorothy Kennedy (Mayfield). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Everett (Entrekin); his sons, Chad Everett (Dymin) and Seth Everett (Christy); and his brother Charlie Everett (Melinda). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
