She is survived by: her husband Milton Puckett; her children, Theresa Floyd (Bill), Lisa Runnels (Chris) and Michael Harvey (Latricia); her siblings, Nancy Smith (Richard), Becky Tillson, Wilma Sage, Brenda Campbell (Larry), Ricky Sage, Ted Sage (Darlene), Andy Sage and Hugh Sage (Reiko); and her great grandchild Numerous. She is also survived by Numerous Nieces, nephews and cousins.
