She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Chapman and Louise Brooks Chapman; and her husband James R. Csupick. She is survived by: her daughter Lori Curlee (Troy); her grandchildren, James Curlee and Jessica Curlee Williams (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Danielle and Elaine Williams.
