He is survived by: his sons, Jay Womack (Janet) of Texarkana, TX and Joey Womack of Magee, MS; his grandchildren, Tracy Womack, Lisa Gunter (Andrew), Justin Womack and Jordan Womack; and his cousin Tara Olmstead. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
