As Jimmy Lee departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jimmy Lee. Though Jimmy Lee may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Maxwell Price and Viola Josephine Cole. He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. Max Price of Magee and Martha Price Kerby of Huber Heights, Ohio.; and his nieces and nephews, John Price (Pam) of Raymond, Philip Price (Terri) of Hurley, Tim Kerby (Jennifer) of Huber Heights, Ohio, Gail Price Brown (Barry) of Margaret and Shelly Kerby Parks of Springboro, Ohio. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Magee Magee, Mississippi (618 11th Ave NW, Magee, MS 39111). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the New Hebron Cemetery (525 Jones St, New Hebron, MS 39140).
