He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Kemp and Ruby Kemp; his sons, Jeffery Kemp and Timmy Kemp; and his siblings, Floyd Kemp, Archie Kemp, Charles Kemp, Anna Lauren Runnels and Ludie Mae Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Kemp; his children, Tony Kemp (Nancy), Tommy Kemp (Judy), Robert Kemp, Mary Bourdene (Robert), Tracey Shivers, Donna Kemp and Nathan Kemp (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Shelby Shivers, Andrea Kemp, Anna Kemp, Landon Kemp, Donald Lawley, Chance Bourdene, Nevaeh Ellis, Trent Brown, Jason Brown, Robert Kemp, Katie Kemp, Jonathan Dillard, Sierra Dillard, Christy Odom, Michael Hill, Charity Odom, T. J. Kemp, Courtney Kemp, Timmy Kemp, Ava Kemp and Scott Kemp; and his siblings, John Kemp, Jerry Kemp, Vernon Kemp and Linda Morris. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
