He is survived by: his children, Curtis, Leslie Weatherall and Belinda Turner; his daughters-in-law, Robynne Weatherall and Julie Turner; and his grandchildren, Jackson Weatherall, Case Weatherall, Betsy Turner Hollingsworth (Josh), Cassie Turner Lane and Ben Turner. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his favorite charities, the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
