She was predeceased by: her husband Buford "Bud" Yates; and her parents, William Evans and Alma Evans. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Brown, Kathy Adams, Deborah Yates, Suzanne Smith and Buddy Yates (Susan). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
