For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Danny Brown; and her parents, J. D. Carr and Margie Nell Landrum Dool. She is survived by: her children, Jason Earl Linson and Shasta Nicole Smith; and her siblings, Jim Daniel Carr (Kim), Cecil Allen Carr, Adam Carr (Dotty) and LaHoma Herrington. She is also survived by five stepchildren, twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Laurel (4593 Indian Springs Rd, Laurel, MS 39443). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
