She is survived by: her husband Dale Smith; her children, Charlie Dunnaway, Mark Dunnaway (Tasha), Dale Smith Jr., Lonnie Smith and Charlette Smith Fedrick (Ronnie Booth); and her siblings, Sam Warren, Travis Warren, Jerry Warren and Mary Warren. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
