McNeese, Sr. and Georgia Bell McNeese; his wife Julie; his grandchildren, Caroline, Luke Price, Ellie Harbarger, Xander, Ezra and Juniper McNeese; his parents, Henry McNeese and Jean Ella McNeese; his siblings, Hank McNeese, Gaye Graham (Ronnie), Walt McNeese (Charlotte) and Chris McNeese (Brenda); his aunt Becky "Boo" Leverette (Jesse); and his cousins, Laura Leverette and Jay Leverette (Jessica).
