He is survived by: his parents, Rick Whitehead (Teresa) and Sue McDaniel (Loren); his siblings, Nicholas Whitehead and Lauren Nguyen (Daniel); and his aunts and uncles, Rhonda Marr, Anthony Ban, Bobbie Rea (Chuck) and Jimmy Whitehead (Susan).
