David McIntosh, Sr.; her son David Alexander McIntosh, Jr. (Debra Ward McIntosh) of Brandon; her grandchildren, Kate McIntosh Graham (Will Graham) of Birmingham and Alex McIntosh (Chelsea McIntosh) of Starkville, Mississippi; her caregiver Maura McIntosh Fields of Madison; her grandson Zach Fields of Oxford, Mississippi; her son Mark Franklin McIntosh (Martha Stevens McIntosh) of Peachtree Corners; her grandchildren, John Mark McIntosh (Elizabeth McIntosh) of Tupelo, Mamie McIntosh Crawford (Allen Crawford) of LaGrange and Lizzie McIntosh of Atlanta, Georgia.; her great grandchildren, Elodie Graham, Rose Graham, William Graham, George McIntosh, Tripp McIntosh, Poppy McIntosh, Frances Crawford, Maggie McIntosh and Caroline Crawford; her brother Morris Thigpen; and her caregiver Kisha Wilson. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
