He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Rowe Rhett, Sr. and Betty Lewis Rhett. He is survived by: his wife Kay Sartain Rhett; his stepchildren, Claire Rogers (Brent) and Todd Hart; his grandchildren, Mary Jayson Rogers, Hart Rogers, Carlie Rogers, Landon Russell, Mary Karson Hart and Levi Hart; and his brothers, Glenn Rhett (Gail) of Vicksburg, MS and Rowe Rhett Jr. (Melinda) of Cordova, TN. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
