She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Barlow Stephens and Ora Stephens; her husband Jack Tate; her caregivers, Pat, Nollie and Barbara; her stepson Dwayne; her granddaughters, Anna and Alexa; her great grandchildren, Cassidy, Cheyenne, Anabele Brown, Mark Lewis and Moly Lewis; and her daughter Becky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts and donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital located in Memphis, Tennessee.
